Course Descriptions: Level I: Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (40 CE)
Learn a practical “5 minute assess and stretch” routine for identifying and correcting chronic lumbopelvic pain and the “Dirty Dozen” cervical alignment techniques for ‘fixing’ fixated facets and ribs. Simplify and empower your practice by integrating a unique muscle-balancing formula (Upper and Lower Crossed Syndrome) taken from the work of the legendary rehab specialist Dr. Vladimir Janda. The time allotted for this course guarantees the practitioner time to practice techniques, review, understand the theory behind Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques and depart feeling confident using these hands-on tools and theories at the start of the work week. Workshop attendees will receive Level I MAT certification upon completion of an elective written and practical exam.

Level III: Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment for the Extremities (25 CE) This 3-day course serves as the completion of your classroom Advanced Myoskeletal Therapist Certification. Take a journey through both the upper and lower extremities, testing for functional range of motion, assessing painful movement patterns, and learning Advanced Myoskeletal corrections for dysfunction.
*Written and practical exams are elective to receive the official certification from the Freedom From Pain Institute, and will be scheduled for ½ day.
