- The meeting sessions are interactive group sessions with questions and answers on the Zoom platform. These questions and answers and exercises will be customized to the groups’ individual needs.
- This course will include PDF information for you to print, keep, and refer to for years after you complete the course!
- Included with each class is a Free monthly Q and A session
- You will receive exercises, practices, and recordings to support your learning before, during, and after the course.
- Always check your time zones. I will do everything on Mountain time zone so just double check for yourself!
- Recordings should be downloaded shortly after receiving them if you want to keep them on personal devices.
- Sign up in the next month to receive 12 hours of course content, plus meditations, pdfs, and more for only $444.00. Sign up after January 31 to get the course at its original rate $555.
- All in all, there will be not only 12 Meetings for you but also ongoing learning. We will meet 2 more times throughout the year. I will dedicate quite some time to you, even though it is a self-learning course. You will not be left hanging 🙂.
